Technical Consultant and Project Manager for building up the customer's entire Infotainment Portal. Our work includes providing technology, consultation and content development.
Design, programming, and subsequent updates of two floppy diskettes for their promotional and marketing usages:
(1) CXPC (Cathay Logo Campaign)
(2) WORLDISK (Flight Schedules)
Information Kiosk for marketing insurance programs;
Our company was responsible for the production of the system, (except the cabinet itself).
Design and production of a colorful, attractive prospectus for the Department of Computer Science (1998).
- Supply and maintenance of a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology-based Prisoner Location Tracking System (PLoTS) for one of CSD's prisons to help locate and track inmates within a high security penal facility.
- Provision of RFID readers, cards, and software interface for the Identity Identification System.
- Provision of a Transportable Plasma Display System for their Recruitment Roadshows.
(ORAL HEALTH EDUCATION UNIT)
Main contractor for the games and multimedia exhibits located on the Oral Health Bus launched in 1996. Responsible for entire interior setup, wiring, and on-going maintenance.
Supported the Education Department in their IT in Education Exhibition 1999 (hardware and software support).

- Provider of 100 kiosks for the HKSAR Government infrastructure project
- Electronic Services Delivery to be installed throughout Hong Kong in 2000. We are also taking part in some software development work including a kiosk monitoring system and a touch-based Chinese input method for kiosk users.
- Other major upgrade services include Online Ticketing, Octopus payment, & IR sensors...etc.

Hongkong Land has appointed CimSoft to install a "Multimedia Video Wall System" utilizes two 84" plasma display panels (PDPs) at the Alexandra House. Each of these 84" PDPs was actually integrated with four 42" PDPs to form a single 84" panel with a thin mullion of less than 3mm. Powered by CimSoft-developed Multimedia Display System (MDS) Software, centralized scheduling of rich media advertisements can be executed remotely from Hongkong Land's head office. This MDS has been deployed at Macau Tower, Hong Kong International Airport, HA hospitals, and Festival Walk as well.

- CD-ROM (Versi on 1,1996) showing images of Hong Kong
- A photo album project partnering with HKPC. A second hybrid CD-ROM (Version 2, 1999) for both PC and Mac was also produced
- Our associate company - ImageFab had assisted HKTA & Immigration Department in processing visitor cards in large quantities in 1995 (over 30,000 documents a day)

HONG KONG TRADE DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL
- Provider and Integrator for an Electronic Location System (ELS) to support the twenty some fairs and exhibits sponsored by the HKTDC on an on-going basis since their first fair in October 1997. Installation includes a total of 13 ELS Kiosks.
- Redesigned and produced 11 New Generation ELS Kiosks to replace these 13 vintage kiosks in Oct. 2003.
- Developed HKTDC¡¦s new Corporate Public Relations (CPR) System to replace their old Guest List System used by the Corporate Public Relations Department.
- Other custom-made software applications such as Business Matching, ELS Program enhancements (e.g., touchscreen-based book search interface for Book Fair & for SME Market Place).
- Various CD-ROM production projects including HK Enterprise's Souring Guide, Advertiser User Guide, E Magazine...etc.
- Enhanced and customized the Event Business Management Software (EBMS) to fulfill HKTDC¡¦s specific requirements.
- Provider of kiosks and integration service for selected local hospitals
- Image Enabling work performed for HA's Express Dispensing System (EDS). Implementation at various hospitals> Information & Queue Display System (IQDS) and Modified Information & Queue Display System (MIQDS) to support the Pharmacy Express Dispensing System (EDS) (Successfully installed at over 20 HA hospitals)

Provision of an interactive kiosk system for a hotel quick check-in application.
Design and production of Electronic Payment Terminal enclosures for Ingenico International (Pacific) Pty Ltd. deployed for Payment By Phone Service (PPS)as well as various types of secure financial transactions and applications. Over a hundred of these PPS Registration Terminals have been installed at selected locations of Hong Kong Jockey Club, Orange Shops, and Dah Sing Bank throughout the HKSAR.

Implementation of Automated Registration System (ARS) for Outpatient Services (with interface to the HA's Outpatient Appointment System, OPAS): >
- For their General Outpatients & Specialist Outpatients Departments (GOPD) - a combination of interactive kiosks and display systems to support patient registration and queue management.
- For their Specialist Outpatients Departments (SOPD) - a combination of registration workstations, room assignment workstations, and display systems to support patient registration and queue management.
Provided a Visitor Information Display System with custom-made software and hardware with 8 sets of 50¡¨ plasma display and 22 kiosk systems controlled by centralized servers. This system was designed to promote their in-house events, provide travel and real-time weather information, and enhance travel experience.
Design, supply, and maintenance of an Online Written Examination System (OWES) which was adopted for the department's examination requirements for all seafarer certifications.
